I dont know much about Tolkien, but i think the Citadel guards had a cloak, maybe you should use the actual Guard Model and reskin, rather than using this unit

I dont know many good modelers but tomat is somehow getting better and in a while he could be the best but in my opinion deff one of the best atm.
