Yea infantry that get hit directly get fried(does that work to replace the marshmellows in Smores?) but my idea is that the blast radius is small and the EMP is a lot bigger. So, if there is a large cluster of infantry and vehicles around a Barracks targeted by the beam, the barracks and anything near it get cooked, while everyone in a radius slightly larger than a Nuke will suddenly find that their watches stopped and their vehicle doesn't work.

Creating code is illegal, because you would then need to get to the core code.

yes i forgot to mention this new particle cannon like weapon you CANT control its beam. and it fires everything in a single shot not a continous beam.

You mean it fires a single big pulse sorta like the ones out of Star Wars blasters? That's what I mean too.

not realy... it fires the particle beam and it stops affter 5 seconds.

If it's a single shot beam, I think it should last less than five seconds. That would also make it look more like a large impact with a big explosion and shockwave than just a beam that doesn't last as long.

The Air Gen should have a tomahawk storm(new model, not the one that looks like a SCUD storm) and a cruise missile silo, Laser Gen should have a Particle Cannon and Pulse Cannon/Ion Cannon(with EMP) and Superweapon Gen should have a Laser Station, which is basically two superweapons: the Pulse Laser and Particle Beam. They are on seperate countdowns and are basically weaker versions of Towne's weapons. She should also get the Nuke ICBM, which does not leave radiation but has the same blast radius and more power than China's nukes.

normal usa alreayd has a tomahawk strom i think (brain fart)

but the air force gen should have a super plane instead of a building
or BOTH

u could have a havy plane airfiled
it only carries 2 hevey planes

that produces mini b52 bombers or the air force carpet bomber (will someone TELL ME THE naME OF THAT BOMBER PLZ)

or a para tropper plane
u load it up with infantry then drop it on tis target

I think the Air Gen carpet bomber is the B-2 Spirit

You just gave me an idea:

He could have hovering buildings with four big engines keeping them up and his Command Center is a big construction yard for these things. Only his superweapons, defense structures, construction yards and maybe air fields are grounded(or a flying airfield and a bigger ground air field) Infantry rappel or paradrop to the ground and vehicles are lowered on a large platform attatched by a cable. These structures can move, but not fast enough to be worth sending into the enemy base.
