man, i've been watching this mod for ages now, but only now have i come to post.

i think this is one of the greatest mods out there, same for code red. i first only knew about Blitz1 and Truewar, but compared to D-day (and respectively) Code Red, they are... euhm, well... not so good... (compared that is) :rolleyes:

it's a shame only so much ppl still play RA2:YR, and only 1% off them or so post in these forums. But don't let that stop ya, there are still quite some ppl out there that are looking forward to seeing this mod... Just wanted to say that...

Well, someone who has posted a respectfull comment instead of saying "When is this mod going to be released!?".

like Blitz is the Bundesliga

This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Andre 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

That means blitz is out of d-days league.

I hate to compare Blitz & D-day in which is better as frankly they are two different mods with different gameplay & graphical styles. Some ppl will prefer one mod to the other but of course your going to get a bias opinion from the fans here after all they are here because they prefer D-day...

to make my point clear: i am a realism freak, and in addition, i'm not comparing blitz1 to D-day, cuz it's clear to everyone that D-day has got the better graphics

sorry for the double-post, but i had to add no offense to blitz1, cuz their gameplay is much more focused on fun and you have to respect anyone that completely offers his spare time in favour of RA2 mod making

and yet another addition, i get more kicks out of playing a realistic mod, so D-day is more fun to me... at least, when it gets finished, which should be the priority, not comparing the two. as raminator said, they are two complete other mods... A comparison between the two was not what i had in mind when i first posted. i just wanted to make sure the modmakers knew that their work is appreciated much... RESPECT
