Hiya guys.

Some general comments and a qestion:

First of all, what's everyones favorite unit/building in version 6?

My favorite so far is the Engineer for the Superweapon General. Makes my favorite strategy much easier. ( I call it foward turtling... buld up a defensive perimeter about halfway across the map, and let the computer break itself against that, instead of fighting it right at your base. Then build up a force of tanks and arty to go in and wipe 'em up.)

Oh, and I like the tweaking that you guys did with the battle mines in this version... makes it a bit more balanced.

I like the Engineer too. I use them to set up turrets all around my base, then slowly spread it out until suddenly my auto gattling guns are shooting enemy buildings. I build up a good air force in case there's a pesky Gattling cannon to get through, some cruise missiles and particle beams in case there are a LOT of gattling cannons, and escort them wiht Pathfinders for those infantry rushes.

I like the fundamentalists because they say "ALL YOUR BASE ARE BELONG TO US" sometimes when you attak buildings.

For me, it's down to three: the Engineer, F-23, and Linear Tank(one from every General) because none of them need much more support. Use the Combat Engineer to make a line of turrets to the enemy base. Build a few, back off and let them kill stuf, move further ahead, repeat. All they need is a few Marines(which conveniently do not require a Gen point for Alex) to kill infantry and the occasional Aurora bombing or superweapon against a position they can't get close enough to.

F-23: Does not need ANY support. Last time, I made sixty. You can imagine how that turned out. (note: I never lost one of these, and they would have been enough, but I went a little crazy and built a grand total of 232 aircraft, with King Raptors on team 1, F-23s on 2, Razorbacks on 3, JDAM Raptors on 4, and Auroras, Stealth Fighters, and Ravagers on 5)

Linear tank: It needs no support except some Avengers(or Humvees loaded with RPG Troopers). It can kill almost anything before it gets in range to return fire.

Almost sixty. I did it on tournament valley so I would have room to do it.

BTW, I think I also had at least 300 choppers in that round. Why do they build so fast now?

Because the more of a certain type of factory you have the faster units from that type of factory are produced.

Yeah but the Engineers require anti-air to protect them, because none of their turrets can shoot at sir, and there will be a new type of engineer for the regular US, as in it will beable to both Capture buildings and it can make them, but again I am unsure if I will actually use that or not.

They're with the Superweapons General. Buildable at the barracks, once the strategy center has been built.

That grabs images from a URL. I want to upload from my comp and make them appear in the post instead of a clickable download. Is that possible?

I don't think you can. You'll have to use a link to the pic, and upload it on another site.

id have to say land raiders, fast, strong, and can use the different weapons from the infantry inside, i use them like this= mortar raider with mortar trooper, tank hunter, flamer and red guard, after those have taken out the defences from affar i send in my attack raiders, witch have a minigun, 2 tank hunters, a nade trooper, and a red guard, mass production of those is easy and effective

Heres a thought: Helix Choppers or Overlords with a bunkers. Put three Tank Hunters and two China Snipers in each one, with one sniper set to kill drivers and the other infantry. Back it up with some Iron Dragons to take out heavy positions. Add a few Helixes or Overlords with propoganda towers.
