anyways... i read apollo saying big part of this mod stuff is "free" i understand for free that i can use it in my mod while i give credit to the author... right?

and... what are the old and the new arts?.... (i need some buildings T_T and the recolored chinese buildings would be great)
anyways... for the chinese thing.... copy the mod without the string file... that could work as a guide (specially with chinese buildings)

I have read it's free-source mod (credits to the author of current SHP/VXL).
But I must warn you, it's Chinese mod and I'm not sure whether all stuff is really public.
