If this is a totally useless question just tell me... :cool:

...but anway, here is my question.
How and where do you get a program that allows you to "make" Battle for Middle-Earth Heros? I have quite a knack for texturing for I textured for several Morrowind Mods, but anyhow...if you could respond to my initial question...that would be great.
