I think the site is fine for Isis War: Engine. Once Isis War: Homeland Storm is better i can re-design it.

If I could make a layout like that, I'd be happy. It wouldn't be temporary either, that'd the be the good one. You've really got a talent for layouts.

Just a few images placed in some tables. Then i make sure all text is easy to read, whilestill having links noticable. It's realy not that hard to do.

The stars will be replaced with in-game images. Being big will make the images more clear, so people will want to click them more.
