New Factions/Generals

I picked a new faction. It would be awesome to see some British or Russian tropps running across the battlefield.

If theres no way to make the AI choose then oh well you are stuck going up against the basic sides instead of generals.
Yes, but at least you would have more choices as to what type of army you would want to fight as, Such as a General Norman Schwartzkopf's advanced armor division general or something like that.
Unfortunately, the lack of upgrades forbid this, and the poor guy still has to finish the militia side yet. So I don't see any new sides coming in the future.
But I agree, one could wish for new sides.
So how did Contra get around the all limitations anyway? Fewer units more sides?

And I know he needs to finish the militia side, I'm just saying after all that stuff is done, what else should there be. Keep up the good work Vanguard!
I don't know how Contra got it. I played that before I played PR, but I didn't like it as much. Too many requirements for things. (3 Star for Strat Center, etc.) I prefer building up my forces first, then kicking ass instead of throwing out waves of men to get promoted. PR lets me do that. But it wasn't less units=more factions, since he added tons of units, too.
BTW, I remeber I saw a huge airfield for the US in some other thread that had tons of hangers. It wasn't that render that had six hangers, but it was a 3d model. Anyone remember that? Anyone know what happened to it?

It could be the super-airfield fo rthe Airforce General too. A few maps are big enough to hold an airfield that size.
The Contra mod had an airfield with 8 hangers. I suggest using something similar to that, but you can add 2 extra opposite the runway.

Ya, that's the one. It is a little big, but we should probably go with the 8 (or 10...) hanger idea like Contra. This would make a good tech airfield, though. (just wouldn't want the enemy to capture it...)

yeah Air Gen definetly needs something bigger.
Boy, I couldn't agree more. Having only four slots for the Air Gen sucks.

I had about 200 F-23s ingame once. That kinda took up a bit too much room.
With that many F-23s, who needs superweapons to finish the game.
