Tony_2004 and I are thinging of starting up a new community and we were just trying to gauge what enthusiasm for such a project would be (ie: there's no point in starting it up if noone going to join, is there? ) so please help out by giving your oppinion on the proposed project

Er, why advertise for a new community that does exactly what everyone here is already part of?
There is a reason most ppl never bother registering anywhere else too; CnC games have already been talked to death for the most part, and it is modding that keeps ppl interested.
Since Modders want their creations to gain attention, they are unlikely to settle somewhere relatively unknown. Thus, I cannot see any reason why anyone else would want to join any such new community.
Locked as this is a pointless topic that has now reached a conclusion.
