I think I count as about five people......
If you actually did any work on your mods you might.

If creating scenarios, maps, missions, etc. is modifying, then yeah, I do.

The Sims (I know, that game has kind of a bad reputation, but I don't care) and I made quite a few skins for it (none of which were particularly good). And I tried to make a table once, but that didn't work out so well. Any item my Sims tried to put on it floated in midair.
Glad I'm not the only one who plays Sims
Never tried to mod it, though. My only real mods are small changes to the graphics of Civilization 2, and my Sound mod for RA2.
I also do the odd bit for RS, the only RA2/YR mod that interests me.

don't we all.. don't we all
i mean... of the 300 000+ posts on these forums, 100 000+ are in the generals modding forums
That only show where the biggest spam - (censored) - hang out.

Andre 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

we generals modders are proud of our spamming skills!
Just wondering.. what are you folks compensating for by spamming... I mean you've gotta miss out on something to have that much spare time on your hands
