And as for 8doczzz1, I don't think that having one's efforts hijacked and their work ripped is funny in any way. If you do, then I warn you that you are treading on very thin ice...

I cant belive you can just upright throw down a peice of work such as this! Thats insane!
First of all, i have no idea why Fenris was banned.
2nd, if hes banned (the "orginal" author of the mod), then why are you quitting the project about some petty grudge against some non-creditiing modder who took over his own project, and made some changes that you happend to not like? HES BANNED!
3rd, if for some petty reason as i am understanding you really are going to just throw away all this work, then why not appoint a new mod author?!
I'd just hate to see such a great mod that was featured in several discussions/video's and was considered to be a great realisim mod in C&C be thrown away because you have a grudge against a modder who is banned.

My reasons are not petty, and I'd rather throw away my own work than have it used without my permission.
Secondly, it seems that Fenris is NOT the original author (who was Darigaaz). This still doesn't change the fact that the mod and my work was hijacked, and that CR has been plagued by this sort of shit from the very start.
I can only apologise for killing off Code Red, but I'm not changing my mind nor handing it over.

True enough. I can respect anger over theft, and whatever... territorial defense issues you may have now.
...but your response to this issue is petty beyond doubt.

Go ahead, pal. I've only been hangin around for CR anyway.
Let's just not be hasty, shall we? This mod has been transfering ownership for eons. Even if it has to start back at .95. Just don't be greedy.

eep…i left CR for a moment and i return to find myself wrongly accused and my account banned? 
first of all, what work did i 'stole'? u didn’t put ANY of ur new voxel in that update of ur’s and all u did was take the original voxels and did a recolor. i didn't think it was worth crediting as its exactly like taking someone else's work (mine!) and claim it to be ur’s. i would've done it myself either way. so wow, i guess it makes them YOUR work after that recoloring yeah? u sure have some nerve to say i’m a thief when u changed my work b4 notifying me
and i did try to contact u ok? i asked about u from Andre and ur not here for like, months? how am i supposed to contact u? also, i don't get why ur mad about my version of CR. even if i didn't release this version there would be 2 different versions, ur's (TR) and the original. mig should be aware of this too
u know, both of us should be working 2gether instead of all this mess that is being created. fine. farewell then.. i hate u all!!

Lol dudes you are acting like a bunch of kids. He stoled my toy and used it but acutally my toy was he`s toy this is getting hilarious. God.... bring yourself to earth, yr modding isn`t like it use to be 2 or 3 years ago. Top10 mods now adays are very rare .
U should put yourself toghether and stop this bull.... .
BTW This isn`t a motive to say that the voxel recolor was stoled and then u resigne. U could have told us that u don`t want to work no more on CR.

2) I know my work when I see it, and more was involved than a few clicks of the recolour tool. I worked on the normals, the schemes, the details, the remaps, the scales etc. Most of what was in my patch, you stole, and I can see it plainly.
3) I am fucking sick of the shitty n00bs that his project has attracted from Day 1. The whiney attitudes displayed here, the theft of my work, the hijacking of the mod, etc are perfect examples of why I don't want to finish this or hand it over. I'm only sorry that it has to affect those that did behave and did contribute genuinely.
4) What was agreed in my 8-week absence isn't my problem. If you thought we should work together, think again; I don't work with thieves.

I mod for fun, not so that others steal my work, fuck up the mod and make the whole experience crappy. Why the hell should I work on something that I don't find enjoyable, and why the hell should I give my work to others to claim credit for, hmm? No reason, that's why.
