Well it took me long enough but I'm ready for my first news post. The site is almost ready for official launch and I'm sure it will be by the time you read this. The mod is based on Battlestar Galactica and takes place before the armistice.

So the time period for this mod is before peace was declared. Also the battle take place when both the factions were still expanding. So all the battle will take place at fringe outpost systems and not the captial planets.

There will be game elements included that deviate from the stroyline, but this was done to maximize the creative efforts of the team and to allow more flexibility than the original story provided.

More will be coming soon, there is alot of work already done and alot more to do. There are custom menus and layouts for the game already finished. (thanks pabtyf) And some really outstanding modeling and skinning (thanks, Chemix, Screaming Cricket, and Dain)
