Maybe there is a lack of motivation then because Banshee said on a topic which I ask him about but he removed that there are 100 staff members and this forum is supposed to be small then what are the other staff members do. Because all I seen Blaat and CJ working on this forums(removing, moving, merging, and editing).I'm pretty sure that what goes on in the staff forum at least partially reflects on the rest of the board.

Lurker, the way staff works here is completely different than your forums and completely different than my other forum (PPM). Revora is harder to deal with, due to its huge structure (at least to my standards, it is). We have hidden staff forums that are being quite active. We also have a hidden adminstrators forum that is also very active. While in the staff forums, we do comunication with staff and discuss basic expansions plans, while we get more advanced on these subjects, as well as financial, server and security topics in the admin one. I admit that topics such as expansion for a future Age Of Empires III support could be discussed at the staff forum or even in the hostees forum.
Back to the subject, I'm aware that many people wants limits for guest posting, but I see guest posting more as a nice challenge and freedom for the forums. The try and register philosophy is a good way to grow the community faster. If we set too much restrictions to guest posting, it will start to confuse guests, since people won't know which forums they can't or they can post.

Yes I see now and also I do have a forum which only admins and Moderators talk on my forum and it is not visble to members and guests.Lurker, the way staff works here is completely different than your forums and completely different than my other forum (PPM). I agree to that and I have it free for guests on my forum as well so that doesn't happen, so if you are kind enough to remove one vote of mine in guest posting on in only the guest forum vote to guest can post everywhere.Back to the subject, I'm aware that many people wants limits for guest posting, but I see guest posting more as a nice challenge and freedom for the forums. Well in that case, you may always ask me to do a comparison.
Sorry, I thought all mods could. I thought I could see it in my own (hosted) forum when I was still a senator, but perhaps I remembered wrong.
