An un-modded, un-skinned, phpbb2, 8 empty forums with no welcome topic.
In life, most people ask a few questions before starting something.
You don't start a business without asking how TAX works. You don't build a house without asking what brick colour to use.
You've not asked anyone if you should have loads of empty forums. If you had asked, you would have been told that empty forums scare people away.
An un-modded, un-skinned, phpbb2, 8 empty forums with no welcome topic.

I don't see why people should go to an empty house when theres plenty of populated houses already.
You can't call that other forum better, it's iPBfree (i see stolen forum names and descriptions).
