L-29 gunships. These light planes carry 2 toxin bombs. Very effective vs infantry and light vehicles, but not effective versus armor.

They replace MiG-19 for Assault general.

the l29 isn't that advance. its quite basic in nature. the l29 can and is being produced by a lot of middle eastern countries.

l29 doesnt even have a radar. a scud launcher is more complex then the l29

well i think that all planes should have radar, but the l29 is a little more advanced for the gla to have created.

The GLA aiforce is really not the cutting edge but for bombing trop concentrations it's good, but bombing troops on the move doesn't work, that's bad

yeah, the l29 is like an advanced crop duster that has bombs instead of just a cloud of toxin spraying out. but it really is a cool looking plane

You know the best planes I've ever seen in a mod are the B1B in shockwave and the ravenger in project raptor. But Contra is defenetly the best mod because of the ranking system
