well i mounted allatar, so he works ingame and has all his spells, but no new 2d images, pallando isnt mounted yet but he is ingame on foot and has spells but no 2d images

Elessar: I'd still like to get those models/skins from you whenever they are finished...

When Alatar and Pallando will be finished?

I don't know... They still need the finished models, the spells are close to being done (I'd still like to make them better though), and the Images and other finishing touches still need to be done.

And how many mod(in percents) is finished? 30%? 50%?

I'm not quite sure what you mean there...but assuming you mean 'how close is the mod to being finished' I would have to say 55% or higher but I'm not very good with percents so here is what is done and what still has to be done:

-Models...done/need to get them from Elessar
-Skins.....done
-Animations...done
-Special powers...over half way done (they work but need refining and editing)
-String files...done (or very close to it)
-Hero Icon's...haven't started on these yet.

So as you can see the mod is pretty far along and just needs a little work here or there to be finished.
