1. relax and concentrate u on the 4 littl point in the middel of the pics for about 30-40 sec
2. when u're done look to a wall near to you
3. Then there appears a circel of light

Thats what i did after i did it.Paste this pic in photoshop and invert colours (ctrl+i) then you'll see it
And, the reason you see that is an optical illusion, if u stare at something bright for so long, namely the pic on your bright computer screen, and look away quickly, it'll be planted in your brain for a little longer before ur brain realises your not looking at it anymore... something like that, i remember studying eyes and stuff....
