I think i remmember reading from wikipedia that the C&C 3 will use if not new atleast improved game engine. Will the improvements in the game engine change the way you code at all?

now here comes a tale form my fair little town (the whole county(cant spell it lol) (NO NOT COUNTRY) county is about 4 towns) was affected)
this happend sunday by the way

i was happly playing sro till i got a dissconnect screen so it closed sro so i went to post on the pr fourms and found i had no net for some reason so i turned on the tele and no channels were coming on

telewest (the suppliers of my boradband and my cable tv (which gives me 999 channels)) had did a major fuck up and all there tv services and boradband were down all over the county
AND GUESS WHAT WAS ON IN HALF AN HOUR
THE ENGLAND Vs ECUADOR FOOTIE MATCH
we won 1-0 happly form a free kick form beckham

now u can imagine how many pissed off people in cheltenham and bishops clevee wanting to see the england match (were a nation of football lovers )

so my dad phoned up telewest and there phone was engaged
obvious sign how many pissed off people were calling
or they just unplugged the phone line casue they didnt want to listen to 100 of people complain

lucky we had an areail so we could watch teh match with a very crappy picture
now at half time we tried to phone again but still no responce
so my dad decided to phone the broadband help service to see what the proplem was then we had some twat from india on the phone saying it was vandalism (we do get alot fo that here)
so then an hour later we phoned up again to see how long the work would take to repair they said it was a 24 hour job (my ass) plus this guy said some constuction company went thu a major wire

Constuctions workers working on a sunday MY ASS ill live to see the day that happen

then somehow i came to the conclusion that it was a rival company cutting it them selves
then the next day it was fixed so i could actully wtahc telle in the moring

and thats the end
