If you want to add a new texture for a unit or a building, just do this.
Open the unit's\building's ini file and add this around the beginning of the file:
RandomTexture = yournewtexture.tga 0 youroldtexture.tga
It's important that you put the new texture before the old texture,
and where it says "youroldtexture.tga" you must have the name of the texture that the unit is currently using.
Now, no need for changing anything in experienslevels or anything like in Lauri's tutorial unless you want the unit to get the new texture at a certain level...).
What do you think?? Very good for those who want it easy, and it's also very newb-friendly...

It was for the noobs that don't care to search in other people's problems for the answer. This should go in the FAQ topic

technically, this isn't skinning
Skinning is the action of editing the texture with an Image editing software such as Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro or GimpShop.
This would rather be for those who can skin, but can't model, and therefore want to apply their textures without going through the hassle of rigging their character

Yeah... That's sort of what I meant...
And I did this "tutorial" just because I saw all these topics with newbs asking about skinning, and this is the easiest, absolutely NOT the best way...

I find it good... I saw many variations of this, that did not work or were too complicated, for example something with "CostumeUpgrade" or ways where the old texture was in front of the new one...
Maybe you should have called it "the easiest way to apply skins" or something...
