Like most other countries around the world, Russia has started to become paranoid. Ever since Yuri managed to fool them all during the last war, Russia has made a plan to keep all Tesla technology within Russia itself, in order to protect the motherland.
The first, more well know of the Tesla technology is the Tesla Trooper. Armed with a small, short ranged, Tesla coil, these troops can inflict a large amount of damage (especially in groups) against any form of structure or unit.
Tesla Coil

Prerequisite: Soviet Radar
Weapon: Coil Bolt and Power Bolt
Since the legendary Tesla Coil is now only to be used by Russia it has been given a new look, in order for it reach full potential. The Coil itself has been re-moulded allowing electricity to pass through unhindered and with little resistance. And the base now constructed out of brick making it cheaper then the previous metal.
Tesla Tank

Armour: Heavy
Range: Medium
Prerequisite: Soviet War Factory
Weapon: Advanced Tesla Bolt
The last of the land arsenal includes the Tesla Tank. Able to carry more of a punch with its twin coils the Tesla Tank can fire fairly rapidly against enemy targets as well as over walls. Leaving no enemy land unit safe against its onslaught.
Tesla Boat

Prerequisite: Soviet Navy Shipyard
Weapon: Electric Bolt
The Tesla Boat is the newest addition to the Russian Tesla Army, bringing the Tesla ability to the open ocean. This lightweight and compact vessel can speed its way to the aid of fellow vessels with little or no problems as well as wipe out any annoying dolphins along the way.
Tesla Vanguard

Prerequisite: Soviet Tech Centre
Weapon: Tesla Commando bolt and C4 Explosives
The Tesla Vanguard is armed with a powerful Tesla charged suit that can cause havoc on the battlefield. Unlike the smaller Tesla Trooper, the Vanguard has enough power running in its suit to sort circuit an enemy tank with one bolt. With a combination of a powered up Tesla bolt and C4 explosives, this unit brings a whole new meaning to the word destruction.
