What is everyones Favorite unite/Favorite General from COntra?

So far, my fave General is the Nuke General, and my Favorite unit is the long ranged nuke cannon that can range the whole map.

my favorite general is the nuke general but my favorite unit is the tank general's Shaitan tank. :blink:

My favourie gen is (REMIX) cyberentic, my favourite unit is "FAFNIR" !!! :blink:
Then comes the Nuke general with his mighty BERTHA...! :p

you wotn belawe it but my favorite units is the scorpion (from normal ZH). Favorite gen is toxin (again normal ZH)

My fav is the tank general, but my favorite super unit is the destroyer :p

I love the defiler too...I liked to play as gla, but now they are too weak, so i stick with tank or nuke general...
EDIT: except for the stealth general, he is very good... Kidnapping units, sniping everything (even tanks!), fast attack buggies, long range scuds....

In normal ZH and Contra I like AirF the most, in remix I like Flame.

Units... I like the laser sniper and the Fafnir... and in Remix i love the Pheonix napalm striker.

Between now and the next polished release there should be very little new art work done. Instead the focus is on designing, testing, and fixing. the mod has always been so close to finished that its nearly criminal. I'd love to see this through to the end with a real community effort.

well in contra 04 i like stealth gen and his super unit (sand wraith) the moust.

well i would like to se a flying hi-jacker for stealth (AA Defence).

mY favorite General Air Force, but my favorite unit is the Iron Dragon :p this thing just rocks, with a bit support from the super nuke cannon, it's awsome, you can tear down a hole base with it :)

I've ont played withthe IronDragon in Contra.04 yet... but I loved it in Contra.02.

I have a fav team for each faction.

USA: Cybernetics.
China: Infantry. (altho i really am starting to love the napalm)
GLA: Demo

Fav unit Would be. The Fanir Assult Mech. But the immorilators are also kick ass.

it was a really tough call for me to pin down a favorite... I usualy play the latest test build of remix (kinda duh) I love both all the factions, and when there is a faction I enjoy less than others I strive to make it fun again. I've put 90% of my attention into USA and China, and as a result I really love all 8 generals. in multi player I usualy play Cybr or infantry... OR random...

well in the next version of contra i hope the gla defences will be toughend up to make them more usful. That will make (for me atlest) the gla sides more favarable and more enjoyable to play with. sam sites suck ass. and the new add ons are nice but the at cannon has no range. :| and the artil is pointlessly short ranged.

My fav unit would be the battle fortress but because it uses the artil cannons on it with out moving into range for the infantry inside make it crap almost.
as i said i lvoe a way to disable or make the unit move with in infantrys firing range.

I've got plans for GLA defenses... and I also like the idea for a range toggle on the battlefortress... these should both happen in remix3

I also have my favorite generals in each faction:
USA: Air force(I also like him in normal one and I like aerial assault)
GLA: Assult(Has so many heavy tanks and aircraft)
China: Tanks (Has so many powerful tanks)

Favorite Units in Contra
1) All vehicles that belongs to Tanks and Nuke gen.
2) AF gen.'s B-2
3) Assult gen's Destroyer (It would be the best general's in this mod if he has MIG-29,SU-27 and Hinds but forget them, Creator I am not forcing you to do any thing that is agianst your will)
Fun fact:
1) Named after the Osean AWACS in Ace combat 5
2) The anime sith lord
3) Anakin is the best Jedi
4) His favorite faction in SW:Empire at war is the Galactic Empire
5) Always change signature

It will be a good while. I've done very little coding the last couple weeks. If I get back on the pace I had it should be out in Early December.
