Looks good 
The colors are maybe alittle to bright, other than that it looks really good.

like the looks of him, although you could improve the parts where it's just plain green, try and add some shadows in here

I agree with ched about the shadows, but I think the eyes are fine. Whats the writing on his helmet signify?
