As far as I know there's only gmax with renx for modelling BFME and Generals...

Maybe in future EA will release some tools for 3Ds Max, or whatever it's called, but at the moment you only have gmax.

EDIT: And please stop attaching pics when it's not needed... create a sig if you want pics for your posts.

merged both threads and had to edit/remove a few posts

ok, take the following actions :
if that doesn't get you anywhere, grab a gun, jump through the window, or more simply, give up on modding :D

I couldn't understand half of what you said, either use proper English, or find the solution yourself

Here's my translation:

"I have put the file in the folder the readme's told me to. I did what nick's tutorial said, but it didn't work. :p "

If it's like that, nobody can help you. Either you have done something wrong (then only you can fix it) or it just doesn't work... then you'll have to give it up or try to do the whole installing process again. I'm sorry...

Are you sure you're booting up RenX and not just vanilla GMax?

There are only two things you can be doing wrong:
1. As kelso said, you are not starting RenX, but rather vanilla GMax
2. You didn't follow the instructions in the readme correctly, or at all.

I'm sorry, but we cannot help you any further with this problem. :)
