Well, when it comes to writing an expository essay about counter-insurgent tactics, I'm of the old school. First you tell them how you're going to kill them. Then you kill them. Then you tell them how you just killed them.

I dislike anyone who requests one. Even if they have a copy of the game, they should lose the damn case. I haven't lost one of mine and I have old games.

He didn't even specify which game, if its TS or RA2 you can pick them up for $10 or less (I think I saw TS for $2.99 the other day)

If its ren or gen, I'm not giving up my serial

You guys are ridiculous. You're probably the same people that think it's wrong to download a cd-crack for a game you legitimately own, so that you don't have to find the damn cd every single time you want to play.

Don't point out the speck in another's eye until you can see the log in your own. It's a good thing you've never lost anything. Ever.

That's assuming he did in fact lose it heh

How could he prove that? Let you guys raid his house looking for it?

Scanning in his CD, Page 13 of the games booklet, taking a screenshot of the directory with all the files in.

@ Detail:
All three of those can be faked very easily. He could have a friend that had the game.

@ Mudshoveler:
I have no CD cracks for most of my games. I simply dislike anyone who requests a serial with that lack of information. For all we know, he pirated the game and it won't install.

Also, I did not say I never lost anything. I said I have my original game cases. That's what I said.

Here's the way I see it... If you buy the game, keep the case nearby. Make it easily accessible. I still have all of mine. TS, RA2, YR, StarCraft, you name the game, I have the case if I have that game.

lol if you're gonna go through the trouble of faking it... then you should be smart enough to find a serial... which he probably has already done

What would we give him anyway? You give him your Key, and he can abuse it and get it banned. Anything else is illegal anyway.

There is no way of proving that he has the game! He has to buy a new game CD. You can get one off e-bay for $1!^_^Whatever Game that is anyway.
