some bad news , my buddy sent the template we made for hive to some free template website ... I hope they dont put it up.

Why not just use the old one? It matched the other sites on revora, it has details basic style in it, and did he not make pretty much all the revora pages?
And I can't say I like those skins you have there. By the way, it's illegal to sell them. You cannot resell other people's work.

Being a Web Developer and researching Law.
You cant sell layouts/themes/images/code/etc.. that wasnt created by you. Even if given credit, Im almost positive the creator will come after you. That would then probably lead to a lawsuit.

So in otherwords, Always give credit If use a Public Resource for your site, If you create one for sale, Make sure it is your original work.

As has been mentioned on a number of occasions, Hubi has stated throughout that he did not personally design the site. He has said that he coded the site for us into PHP, which he did do.

Whether Hubi's friend made it or not is not an issue anyone should be worrying about. Fact of the matter is, it is a good design that works well with the Hive. I would like to point out that those members PM'ing Hubi will be investigated with regards to disciplinary action.

I don't want to see people attacked in any way and certainly not in a place I care for and where I have a very high regard for our members. This witchhunt, does not look good on our members or the site in general. Hubi had stated he was going to be offering Revora a lot in terms of a new server, etc. All of which is now being called into question because of the actions of a number of small minded individuals.

I will not sit by and watch anymore of this.

Point well taken,

I would like to say once again that the template was made by zymic templates. I am not staffed with zymic in anyway. The creator of the current zymic template that the hive is using is Jack, A staff member of zymic templates. I was searching on the Zymic forums looking for a nice template for the hive when a fellow name Jack replayed to my post stating "A new template will be coming out in one day. Here is a link to you and any other members who is interested in this template before hand. Please do not use this template yet for public use until the release date"

I have received the template and got it ready for hive and made it live the same day. The following day the template was released and showcased and many other websites started using it as well. I have later stated that "a friend has submitted this template to a free template site" meaning other the zymic. A few other free template sites released it before zymic.

I really do hope this will clear many things and if you have any further questions. Please PM me.

I, Josh Hubi have not nor never clamed for making the zymic template. I am taking credit for the coding that is on the current zymic template.
