Why is it a great mod? Why would I want to join a mod team? I'd like more info without having to visit their site. Nice as PlanetCNC is, their sites seem to have very long loading times. Just saying a mod is great doesn't make it true.

Well, when it comes to writing an expository essay about counter-insurgent tactics, I'm of the old school. First you tell them how you're going to kill them. Then you kill them. Then you tell them how you just killed them.

I agree with both of ya, I don't want to waste time looking at something that I think might not be good...

Just because it is about WW1 doesn't make it great.

This sounds like a dead project to me. If they have no forums, no leader and a site, I don't think this is a mod that's going anywhere very fast. I'd definitely want to see some screenshots or something to see that they have something done.

What's next? The neopoleanic wars? mmm...maybe not such a bad idea? I can't wait for C&C Kings. That is gonna be cool. Next will the Quest for Fire caveman mod. :p

yeah, everyone is trying to be somewhat original in their modding... I wonder what will come after this, we may see a lot of futuristic stuff. They would be running out of history to make a mod for... although a revolutionary war mod or civil war mod (even better idea) would be really cool.

Yeah, a civil war mod would be interesting. Now that the best modern war mod out there has gone public, I don't really know what else is left.

"Hey! I'm gonna make a GREAT MOD with GREAT STUFF in it !! My dev team only needs a coder, and a modeller, a mapper, a texture artist, and that's it!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"HEY! I got the forums up!!!!! but no progress in the mod... STAY TUNED !!!!"

These kind of people make me sit in a corner and cry.

ok... when you get some screenshots, a storyline, and such make a new thread about it here. Thats part of the reason why this forum is here.
