I love situations like this!!! Just imagine the aurora's coming and blow au some reactors then the defence stays without power! Nice defence structure but there is a power problem...exept that you have the double power then you need but this means that you need a lot of space and money

And Creator u have to remember THIS is remix alpha version 3 of the US sides, Basicly in remix the SDI cannon is not an anti nuke weapon it is an ANti TANK weapon so any nuke will make it in easy

Auroas can not be shot in flight so i very much doult u can do anythign bout them but let them hit. Unless u take the airfield out before they launch but thats not 100% to stop them as the player could have 2 or 3 airfields building them.thats sweet defense if you make that kind of defense please be on my team, i'll take care of stupid auroras
and if u use general powers to kill the fields then they just rebuild and you would never have a general power ready intime before they get auroas, and if u use planes then most likly most of yours will be blow away on the flight in and if any do make it in your lose them on teh return, so again giving the player enough time to rebuild and attack.

Auroras are a big problem for people playing defensive tactics, but you don't have to forget Phoenix that Auroras are quite expensive, so every shot down plane hurts a bit
And Shandrial you are the first girl I ever heard of that is playing Zero Hour

Aurora's are a pain, but they are expensive. when I use them I weigh it as Cost vs Cost... the first rule is... I have to have more money making ability than my enemy. if thats true they are expendable as long at they pull a 1to1 on cost vs kills

Between now and the next polished release there should be very little new art work done. Instead the focus is on designing, testing, and fixing. the mod has always been so close to finished that its nearly criminal. I'd love to see this through to the end with a real community effort.

If I use Auroras' I use 'em in pairs, generally 1 airbase full, two teams. They are my emergency strike force... group of for or five overlords... Bam~! One grup, then 5-10 seconds later, BAM~! Second group.
Or is someone managed to get a superweapon built before me, then I use 'em to take out superweapons.
With the new verion of remix, I like replacing my auroras with the new f44 rapiers. A full base of 8 of them and BAM~! Anythings gone.

I'm doing well. I went to visit the wife and kids over thanksgiving, so that was great. I just did get back to the land of Orlando and will be back on the modding scene as soon as I get moved into the new place.
