After days of work on this I present, PR Mayhem, a Map for Generals Zero Hour Project Raptor ;) . Okay, now I not saying this is one best maps, Dragonfly would have made much better maps than this, but it is a fun map, and lets you make use of all Tec structure old and new, it also give some cool feature like a toxin facility leaking it waste toxin into the lake and an airport I made from scratch ;) :) . It has a sort of readme file in the attachment on the map so please read it. Download it now and have a go this is a map. This is especially for those newbie’s to the mod to see all the new Tec structures ;) , and all the new units and buildings can be seen from the sides you face on the map so you get to see practically everything :dry: !

Note: you must have WinRAR to access the file.

Good map. It played well, and I love capturing tech. Lots of tech goodies. ;)

I also learned something new that I didn't know before. There's a capturable C-130. It doesn't do anything after it's captured (like ZH's secret lab). But hey, it's down there in Worldbuilder.

You don't know what your missing out on ;). You should try and get a new ZH disk A.S.A.P Karl.

And for the rest reading this topic I like more people to try it out and give comments.

By the way bob did you see the toxin spewing into the river ;) . And also did you notice the huey in the airport, it actually was a unit intended to be in the game, for... GLA, in worldbuilder I spotted loads of cool unused stuff that I will probably put in my next map, such as a snowmobile for USA, GLA helipad, GLA airfield and a couple more Probably as part of a secret… actually I will not reveal that you just have to wait and see, and there is trust me going to be one cool Easter egg in the next one, which could make you the most powerful player on the map! And also a weird thing I noticed is that if the AI capture the Tec dozer bay they are able to sell it and do straight away :dry: ! They could have all Technology and probably become top player on the map but no they get rid of it :) .

Empire at war is gonna be much better than general, but when I get my copy I still gonna play zero hour, due to the fact of the PR Mod, this mod makes game play in generals 100% better, it keeps me addicted to general :) . Karl if you still like this mod why not get a new disk, if not planning to, is there really any point to you being here?

the maps quite cool i like the way the buildings are used to make it look better good job on that one

A note on the capturable C-130s. I have seen many units that can be captured like that. Battle bus, combat chinook, and now C-130s. The tructh is revealed when you damage it to about 50% health. It then turns into a baikonuir missile launch pad, and has the same effects as one if destroyed. I think CINE units have to do with that, but not quite sure.

What exactly does CINE mean?

I think the airfield and helipad were added by the PR mod just never put in the build list.

Wait a minute.. did someone just say that in this map, if you damage a C-130 enough it turns into a missile launch platform?

It's a glitch in the game, mostly involving Cinematic units and buildings, which can be captured when you normally cant. When damaged past the 50% point, they turn into a baikonuir rocket launch pad, but if repaired, turn into the unit they were.

Right guys I uploaded a new version, the cliffs and more blended and so look much smother, some tress remove to make i the map run faster, water effects added to the river, an some other minor changes ;) .

Edit: I think that bug should be fixed, I haven't yet tested myself. Has anyone found the easteregg/eastereggs yet :) .

Nope not yet. But I've downloaded the new version, and I'm going off to play it right now. Will really try to look for them. Any clues? PM me.

The C-130 to missile bug, I'm assuming is just one of those ZH bugs. Not much you can do on your end TGE. I've got to admit though, Its one of the more novel bugs that I've seen yet.

I have set to C-130 to be invincible so should not be able to be damaged, therefore not turning into the rocket but have not tested it myself yet. And bob its TEG not TGE , for T(he)E(ver)G(od). I PM you a clue.

Okay an update on the map, I will be realsing a third a final version of the map very soon. At the moment I am tring to get the AI to work better in it as I had found some problems. At the moment I have got them to start capturing tec structure and fight over them from three corners of the map. Also I have got them so they will build good defences to go with the base. Once I have got them to work perfectly with the map I will realse a thrid a final version for you all to enjoy, stay tuned :) .
