These are the most common/popular chapters...
Try to give a good reason for choosing them.

As regards to myself, I choose Ultramarines becuase their philosophy and general attitude towards stuff is good. Plus they're the ultimate good guys... I also like their colour scheme

Iron Hands because they have cybernetics and bionics. Great colour scheme too. Also because they are closest to Iron Warriors, who i collect.

Honestly, I think the white scars should get a go, I think there color scheme is extremely good, and not overused and there often very overlooked in this genre

they are indeed pretty cool... though a bit bright.. i guess all the marines are though..

I'd personally like to see black templars or dark angels too as they have all this "knight" like stuff.. for example the emperors champion

Ultramarines ARE Space Marines to some people. They may be boring, but they are normal space marines without any special rules and stuff. Choosing a random other chapter would force us to change the way marines are played in favour of special chapter specific powers and to include chapter specific units.
