this is probably just me but ive downloaded this and when i turn it on it appers in russian. how do i fix this?

Make sure in the data/english folder you have placed the generals.csf file in there this will change the language to english.this is probably just me but ive downloaded this and when i turn it on it appers in russian. how do i fix this?
