it says :

You are not allowed to upload that type of file as an avatar or personal photo

For .Bmp, .Jpeg, and .Gif ! what there hell dose it want me to use !? :wako: :uh:

It might be too big. If it's your RA2 war then it is too big.

formats must be ".jpeg", ".jpg" or ".gif" with no capItals.

it didnt let me upload a 30kb .gif

Correct.
The limit being 20kb.
