he's got my backing on that. remaps should be added, if only as a square round the base of the vxl, to ID it as yours. can cause a hassel otherwise, as I know from personal experience

Yeah. At the end of the day, it's MiG's call, and I know that...it just is a pain in the ass to have to go clickety-click on every unit to work out if it's yours or not. It's very distracting, and awful for gameplay IMO.

build your units and assign them to groups... :D

I'll admit it could not always be possible to do, but do you really want warthogs and whatnot with fluorescent pink or yellow stripes ? :)

On the city/construction site multiplayer map, I forget the name (is it Headlong, or is it something else), it's in plain sight in one of the side roads. It doesn't have a turret either, a bit like a civie car version of the warthog, just like you see regular people with hummers.

What about simply adding a recoloured circular aura around the base of any vxl instead of on the actual unit. That way you have remaps but you can still see the vxl in its beauty.
Natus 3.4

Corrupt program now requires constant reboots and does not function at all in majority of instances. Designed with a web browser component to replace AOL, it has exceeded our expectations by being more crashy and unreliable and with worse tech support. We didn't think it was physically possible! A general product recall is advised; when it does function it seems to require background processes Girl 0.1Beta to stave off further crashes. Will someone PLEASE remove that code, and insert Backbone 1.9 in its place? That's assuming we even bother to continue this prog.

Or you could add a small bit of remap to the turret or the barrel (if there is one). You could put it on the machine gun part itself

@ Natus : mmm no. I agree with this for the most part, but it looks like crap when you get like 20 or so units together :/

@Nighthawk -- I think this would be best.

I say that Remap is over rated, it ruins some good looking units, but without it can ruin gamplay, in TS you can go without it (because of the fact that there is no GDI vs GDI and NOD vs NOD) but in Ra2 and YR i dont know.
