I haven’t done any modding for a few weeks now but (not been in the mood for it) but shear boredom drove me to finally finish the P-1000 Ratte today. It’s not as big as I would have liked but it is bigger then the warfac it comes out of so meh...
In anime news: I got Evangelion vol.6 yesterday, there are some very disturbing scenes in this one where Asuka has a mental brake down & sinks into depression. But that’s why I love Eva so much, no where else can you find such a deep & emotional story.
You know it upsets me that too many ppl over look Eva just because it's classed as a "giant robot" anime. It's so much more, it makes the works of Philip K. Dick & Arthur C. Clark seam like kiddy bedtime stores! oh well...

by the sounds of it it isn't something you'd show kids after school either
probably has to do with the fact that TV programmers are trying to repeat the winning formula of the 1980s when french tv started showing anime like dragonball, city hunter, sailormoon, ranma 1/2, among others. good shows (maybe not sailormoon though). they assume that anime=cartoon, cartoon=kids I imagine.
I won't comment on whatever problems you are having, I don't know what they are, just hope things get better soon
oh and btw, BIGGER THAN A WARFACTORY ?!!

Good to see that you are getting back to work, but don't push yourself too much. Perhaps you need something to inspire you
Anyway Good Modding

they showed cow boy bebop not long ago, there really is a good variety... of course the quality varies depending on the channel.
on kiddy oriented channels there is a bit of censorship when things get too bloody and nudy , which sucks but oh well

a lot of the stuff is of the hamtaro / pokemon variety. But there some cooler stuff like detective Connan, gundam seed, ghost in the shell, big O,GTO, Yu Yu Akusho...
I saw an episode of the american version of dragonball Z btw, one of my favourites from when I was a kid. I'm horrified at how it was butchered

DVD publishers in the US on the other hand are very open to anime, in fact they sell more anime then any other country out side of Japan.
