Hosted is when you're hosted at Revora with some kind of project (a mod for example). Generally you get a forum and a place on the web to put your site on. See for more info the Services tab on the network bar (can be found at the top), which links you to the various division sites (like Cnc Guild, the Hive, etc.)
Yes, we have postcount, except in the Spam Factory, those posts don't count for your postcount. Check a profile for how many posts a member has.
