For the Fans of RPGs and RPG Maker for the PS2 now comes RPG Maker XP for the PC. http://www.enterbrai...ool/RPG_XP/eng/.

For those that don't know what RPG Maker is. It is a game that you make your own RPG game right out of your mind. Your world kinda sense.

You'll actually find it's the newest incarnation. It looks way better than 2000.

It wasn't 'legally', then :p That, or you downloaded a trial.
But I didn't pay for it either...I'm not telling you a link in this topic, though. Legality issues... :p

If anyone is interested in getting together for an RPG project...do tell me :p

That would be cool Ash but sadly I can't get RPG Maker to work on my PC. I use RPG Maker 3 for PS2.

I want to make my own game, but I'm not a big fan of turn-based combat. Anyone know of something that can make an action game?

2003 has a better-looking battle system, however me and Blaat found a way to revert XP back to the 2003 side-on style.

Other than that, I reckon XP will prove better and more flexible. Daeda, are you interested in helping with the project? :p We need to draw up a provisional list. Me, Blaat and Azer so far...any other takers?
