Why? i thought that cyber in contra was the best rush general, at least on 50k just build 5 warfactorys and massproduce robots.

and a question, will the hot keys be fixed in CONTRA 005? becuase most of the new units did not have hot keys.

Yes.

well, the railgun idea failed to pan out... but I did change alot for Cybr. Instead of patriots he has a blank foundation that can build 1 of 5 different turrets.

Avenger
Microwave
Radar
Tomahawk

This idea will only be used in Remix.
As for Contra005, cyber general will have more powerfull attack force: early game artillery, cyborgs, and powerfull upgrades. Also some units from rank 3 will be available from the begining.

i noticed that Retaliator will become weaker in 005. I think thats a bad idea because nuke hasn't got anything other to defend his base. Without a the powerful Retaliator he isn't able to work properly. i think he needs (like other china) the Atillery Battery.

And u are also forgetting creator does not want nuke to be defencsive he wants him to be attacking. IE: the best defences if offence, thats the nuke general theory.

If u wanna turtel then play a general built fot that. ;)

@Creator: my nice EMP-Patriots look if they should be a pop-up defense. But they are always open. Could you please fix the animation so that they only pop-up if there are enemys?

I dunno.... Creator didn't like the pop-up delay because it made them extra weak vs aircraft. I fixed them for pop-up in Remix, but I also added a seperate AA defense.

Between now and the next polished release there should be very little new art work done. Instead the focus is on designing, testing, and fixing. the mod has always been so close to finished that its nearly criminal. I'd love to see this through to the end with a real community effort.

But that makes no sence, whats teh point in using a model ment to be a pop up patriot if u only gonna keep them set up fixed like that?
IMO thats just stupid and looks crap.

pandaelose is right, the delay isn't good when fighting aircaft...but closed the Patriot should have more armor so it can resist air-attacks better. so when an enemy aircraft comes into range, Patriot pops-up and attacks it. The disadvantage of the delay-time could maybe balanced with a better anti-air weapon-range of the patriots.
