Still no luck :(
The powers requiring a rank are greyed out. Athelas and Hawk Strike work because they start as active = yes.

You didn't delete the first elrond. Now there are two elrond level1's and the game is getting confused.
You have this:

	AttributeModifiers		=	ElrondResistKnockback
	SelectionDecal

		MaxRadius			=	200

and the one I gave you. So, delete the part shown here, and it should work.

What if I want to create new abilities? like not just take an ability off a hero but add a new one so where do I edit for the wordofpoweraward_gandalf and all those other thingies. Understand what i'm trying to say?
