The prob is. Alot of the time even if you do detect it it's way to late. Other super units you can stop before they do to much damage but not the nuke truck when you see its to late.

as i already said all the supwerweapons are powerful if you use them right learn to combat them or let them destroy u. BUT don't ever say somethings cheep or should be removed just because u lose to it.
Stop being a moron and actuly think. Spy drones, radar vans and so forth USE THEM!!!!
I use them alot. It's just all other super units are stopable. But in most situations you discover the nuke truck just when it's outside your defences :0 Bang. Then another comes. And i'm not angry when the AI does it. Its just all my friend does once he gets rank 5 is nuke truck spam.

Then be the demo general your self or learn a way to combat them effectivly, but bitching cos u are owned by your friendsthat is lame. Your friend are simply using an effective means of winning....
I would spam air cover over the map. aswell as have Attack choppers standing by for a quick strick, spam any and all stealth detection units around and u should be fine.
O and all are easly stopped?
So your saying the nuke super unit the bertha with twin nuke shells and can fir eon move with extream range iseasy to stop?
If u get one of them u could lay a wall of nuke shells in the enermys path and nothign will pass alive, u could evan strike the any airfields and defence and well pretty much alot in the base and mess them up good.
Hit them while they have a nuke truck in there base u win.
Whatr about the stealth gens super unit? fires stealthed and on the move and its quiet powerful, i don't think thats any less anoying than the nuke trucks.
Also u could always be the demo general and do what i do...... Build 8 nuke trucks load them into a tunnnel and then sneak attack in the enermy base.... works every time lol.
Not meany ppl have enough units or defences around there base to kill it before u let your units out.

Yeah, it's evil. Once AI had owned me this way. I was not playing with full strength and wanted just to have fun. I wanted to make super-duper strike - to deploy sneak attack tunnel in the enemy base, unload 10 nuke trucks and detonate them. When 8 trucks were ready, they were standing infront of my 2 Arms Dealers. Then A-10 strike comes. BOOM! Half of my base is no more. LOL!If u get one of them u could lay a wall of nuke shells in the enermys path and nothign will pass alive, u could evan strike the any airfields and defence and well pretty much alot in the base and mess them up good.

At least I saw fireworks I wanted to see...

I forgot about the berta. Ugh. I've had many a sneak attack pop up in my base and had 8 beutifull nuke trucks pop out
. I suppose Demo has a hard time untill he gets 3 or 5 star. I guess thats the balancing point.

well a good counter to the nuke trucks are hijackers,
specialy the ones of stealth gen.

The demo general worst enemy is infantry general and his neutron mines. Trust me (i play mostly as demo). Infantry also has the best stealth detection of the game...
Just build some nuke cannons, switch to neutron mine deploying and spam it around your base. Deploy the mines around buildings too. And use that soldier who deploy mine fields too. Put hackers inside bunkers, with two snipers. That's it. You will stop all attacks.
I HATE when people does that against me, as all i can do is use a radar van to find the mines (so user migs to destroy the radar van)...grrr..
ps: when people does this against me, it's time to spam suicide missiles! lol
