How big of changes are considerable? I'd like to reenable the POW logic, but that is quite a bit of work.

Well, when it comes to writing an expository essay about counter-insurgent tactics, I'm of the old school. First you tell them how you're going to kill them. Then you kill them. Then you tell them how you just killed them.

I knew someone was going to say that -_-
I'm still working on Isis War.

Isis War is my brain child. Most mods are someones idea, unless there a re-make of an older C&C.

The Peoples Army is diffirent, it's no-ones idea. The players make the chooses, not the maker.

The changes are small, and changes need to be voted in by the people - this gives lots of time. Perfect for my time requirments.

I like this idea. I can certainly help with features and such. There are quite a few things that are out there that can be redone.

Is this going to be for ZH or regular gen, or does it depend on the people's ideas?

I'm going to make it for Reg Gen, but if someone wants to make a ZH version at the same time, that would be great.

And the Seismic Tank

from my (brief) research, the seismic tank seems to have been the overlord originally.

Seismic tank: The seismic tank is truly massive. It's made up of two interconnected pieces, and it's powered by four sets of treads. It has a single turret with two 150mm cannons that fire concussion shells. When these shells hit the ground, they cause seismic waves that damage any nearby buildings and cause vehicles and units to slow down temporarily--and that's in addition to the explosive splash damage. The seismic tank is so big, you can place a single base defensive structure--a turret or SAM--right on top of it, and it can crush smaller tanks that get in its way like a soda can.

similar to, but not the same as, the overlord

I think I would like the Seismic Tank better than the Overlord ;) Where did you get that info?
