Uh...if I may... *is nervous, this forum is alien territory*

Why do you do it to yourself, MiG?

Don't worry, ppl are genuinely friendly over here... To answer your question: he is part of a team (Revenge), so technically he isn't doing everything himself. In reality he does the most work I guess (except AI), but have you seen his voxels? I don't believe, Mig being Mig, he would accept other voxels (of inferior quality) (except Major_Gilbear's voxels, which are as good)

I think what Ash means, is, why he works (/ makes voxels etc) so much.

Yeah but you don't have to do it so often. You can take breaks, do some other things as well, and eat at least once a day .

You can take breaks when you're done, its called motivation. It goes something like this; "I'll just finish this turret and then I'll relax with four pots of tea and a packet of malteasers." As for eating, you can eat while you work, just don't have something hot because I always forget and its gets cold and nasty; thats why I have so much tea afterwards, to make up for the time spent working without tea.

AFAIK Mig's motivation isn't a reward afterwards, it's the voxel itself! Heck, the more he does, the sooner D-Day will be done... He's a big boy now  , so he should be able to decide on his own how much he works, as long as it doesn't affect his health.

OFF-TOPIC (dunow where else to put this, but I had asked already in a thread about TFD and in the shoutbox on the CR site):
Does CR work with TFD? I've heard of ppl having trouble installing mods because TFD works with another install path.

@Maggot: Don’t know about TFD, I don’t see why it shouldn’t work tho

I know that Jeeves, but it's very unhealthy to work a long time without a break and/or food and/or water. At the lab at uni I've experienced it myself. You can't always take a break because you need to watch the reaction you're doing. Needless to say I'm very very hungry when I can actually take a break (normally I eat something at least every 2-3 hours), and also really need to think a few moments of something other than what I'm working on, get some mental rest. At the end of the day, my mind, feet, legs and my entire body actually, are exhausted. Plus, not eating for a long time doesn't make me gain weight like I want to .

Mig should just take a little care of himself :D. He's doing an awesome job, but shouldn't let it stand in the way of eating and sleeping too much (no, not sleep too much, but you get the point :D).

That's okay, as long as you don't take it too far that it becomes unhealthy. Both my parents are workaholics. I tried for months to show my mum she'd end up overworked and burned out. When that failed, I stopped trying. Eventually she got a different job, just in time. Just make sure you do live healthy, don't get too stressed and don't take it out on other people too much like my mum did with me. I think I could be partly a workaholic myself. It's okay as long as you do stay happy and live healthy :D.
