The only suicide type unit that may make it into the mod is the Ohka & I'm still thinking about that.

Suicide planes in RA2/YR engine looks terrible...I would suggest that ALL Japanese aircrafts, when taken out will heavy inflict damage whatever it crashes on it (similar to the first version of Code Red's aircrafts) unlike the other nations that'll also inflict damage but not as heavy as the Japanese. And yes, no suicide planes pls :p

Shouldnt the damage depend on the size of the plane? Unless there was some Explosive Fuel upgrade or something.

This is Ra2/YR... no unit upgrades.

This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Andre 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

how about the japanese planes have a type of detonate button? when they get shot down, they do as much damage as any other plane, but if u detonate them, they blow themselves and the units under them up? or another button that u target enemy ground/sea units, and they go flying into it... kinda like having a dude place a dinomite stick...

so no button style kamakaze? oh, well, then yeah japs should have like... 30% increase on aircraft shot down damage... presuming aircraft can already do some uneasy damage.

I don't work with D-Day but...
The whole point of Kamikaze is that the Japanese took fully armed planes and flew them into boats.

Any +n% death damage damage would be pointless, as the Kamikaze planes never fired their weapons so that they inflicted maximum damage.

And, how come no one ever metions the Japanese "Mobile AT Mine? You take a fanatic soldier, strap an AT mine to his back, and tell him to lay down in front of American tanks.

Just a note on the work "Kamikaze" Kamikaze is Japanese for "divine wind" or "holy wind" it was used about a strong wind that blew a large Mongol/Chinese invation fleet away from a Japanese city. It was used about the Japanese scuicidal planes in WWII because they were to drive back the American fleet. Kamikaze can therefore only be used about aircraft whose task is to blow themselves of for a holy cause.

I think he means that when Japanese aircraft crash they do more damage then any of the other sides. My answer to that would be no as Kamikazes where specifically set up to do that one thing just as standard combat planes had there own roles. Mixing them together is historically incorrect & just lame, any one that has played Code Red will know the effects of crashing planes & will agree with me.

how about make Japanese jumpjet fighters a kind of "OpenToped" or "IFV", it can and only can carry one body bomber, then became a flying demotruck?

BTW, it was not a Mongol/Chinese fleet, it's a Mongol one IMO, tho some Chinese and Koreans were recruit in

I was a part of the Eagle Red team up untill the 1.8 beta so i know what it looks like. Definately not pretty.

Edit: Corrected annoying typo.

kamikazes were also impossible to do with an oncall strike.
