Custom units page?

Personally I think its the best mod out there even though there is lot of room for improvement and balancing in it.
Once this is said, let me go into the topic...
I'm learning some modding (not following a tutorial, just practising by myself) and would like to add some custom units. Long ago i saw one with a lot of custom units (with bones, skins and code as far as I remember) but i cant longer find it. If anyone knows a page like that, please let me know.
Thanks in advance

just a point: did you notice that there's not even a single GLA unit there?
I was thinking about making the GLA a bit stronger in "my mod" but I'll have to deal with balance issues as i cant model and skin units

I was wondering how to... make butchered units like those in the anus panda page.

to get started you need GMAX and RENX, then just import a model or two and start butchering.
Worth note: Butcher units don't HAVE to look butchered. Most of what Anus_Panda has posted is some pretty aubsurd stuff. All of my models are also butcher made, but they don't show it as badly.
Between now and the next polished release there should be very little new art work done. Instead the focus is on designing, testing, and fixing. the mod has always been so close to finished that its nearly criminal. I'd love to see this through to the end with a real community effort.

I wonder: Will I have to make the animations in those programs or is that an INI coding task?
That will surely be a stupid question when I get the programs this weekend but not now
Thanx.

You're right Pendaelose, I have seen your remix 3 screenshots and many of them look pretty good!

The animations are made in Renx and then you call the animations in the code.

As of October 6, 2005, Autodesk will no longer offer Gmax® software as a stand-alone product. If you are interested in other 3D animation, modeling, and rendering applications from Autodesk please check out Autodesk® 3ds Max® software. You can download a free 30-day trial, view product demonstrations, read customer success stories, and get more information about this powerful, versatile product.
Yikes!
Ok so, guess I'll try to edit the models with blender and its import/export plugins...
