Maybe add Oin, the brother of Gloin as a hero to Erebor

I believe we have enough heroes at the moment, but maybe we could fit more in in a later release

All of your dwarves look too thin. Fatten them up a little and they will have a more dwarvish apperance.

But of course, my opinion does not matter.

Why do all assume dwarves are fat?
Soldiers are well built! Dwarven soldiers are also soldiers!

well from what Ive seen so far this mod is turning out really good. Your models are looking great!

One question though... whats up with the men of Dale? I don't see them on your list here and was wondering what your going to do with them.

I saw your model of them, so are they still in? If so I think the ranger look should be redone. I have always thought of Dale to have somewhat of an organzied army during the WotR and would think they would wear armor and not just be stealthy archers.

Anyways, all in all this mod is looking great. Keep up the good work!

Yes, I agree. I will redo the Dale archers.

Another thing I'd suggest is not getting rid of Gloin's war hammer. I think it really gives Gloin a uniqueness and the powers just wouldn't fit with an axe.

This is probably a big decision that could make or break Gloin.

Dwarves with hammers.. bah. I am very aware that Gloin's current powers don't work with an axe.

I don't see why you see it that way. In the books it says Dwarves used mattocks and hammers as weapons. (i.e: In the Hobbit it says Dain's army was armed with two-handed mattocks)

Actually, Gloin with a hammer was one of the few good creative decisions EA made. ;)

...I would strongly suggest keeping it in, but in the end its you and your team's choice.

Where does it say they wield hammers? Mattocks, yeah, they do in the Hobbit. They do not wield hammers anywhere in Tolkiens work.

A mattock is practically a hammer with a few motifications. (I couldn't find any proof on Dwarves using war hammers ;) :p )

But does that mean you don't mind mattocks? then maybe you could change the hammer to a mattock. Then Gloin could keep his powers and it would stick better to Tolkien's work.

Sorry if I seem so demanding on this subject. I would just hate to see Gloin become "just another hero" in this mod.

I would prefer to left Gloin "as he is" not another axe, normal pure dwarven hero.

If anything, I'd say go with a mattock. I absolutely hate that hammer.

Yes, this is true, but I also agree that some of the dwarves are too thin. Yes, I know that the fat dwarves are unrealistic...dwarves are not fat, but certainly not skinny. I would describe them as "stocky". I would suggest broadening their waists, chests, and shoulders a bit.

Well, I guess that's okay, but I'd preferrably think they're muscles instead of fat. Who would want soldiers with stocky waists, chests, and shoulders? It disturbs their movement.
