1 lvl: Mount/Dismount
2 lvl: Blade of Vengeance- Gives 200% attack and 200% defence and small AoE attack for 1 minute.
4 lvl: Reavealed in Wrath-white light frightens nearby enemies(they dont run they just dont attack like in cloudbreak)...works on heroes including nazguls and on 5 lvl units
6 lvl: Windrider- gives 100% speed and 100% defence
10 lvl: Sacrifice- white Word of Power killing all(good or foe including Balrogs or AOD and taking 50% life of Galadriel and Sauron) but killing Glorfindel and making him impossible to revive for about 4 minutes.
Elrond 3500:
1 lvl: Athelas
1 lvl: Lord of Rivendell- 100% attack and 50% defence for nearby allies
5 lvl: Hadhafang- 100% attack and 100% defence(passive) or 5 lvl: Elrond's Wisdom- gives 2 lvl of experience to shown units.
7 lvl: The Ring of Air- tornado but other name
10 lvl: Power of Vilya- heals shown units/heroes and restore their abilities(Restoration but other name)
Gamling 1200:
1 lvl: Horse/Foot
1 lvl: Bow/Sword(it can be toggled on horse and foot both)
3 lvl: Rohirrim Veteran- it gives 50% defence for nearby allies
5 lvl: Horn of Rohan- frightens nearby enemies and it gives nearby allies 25% speed and 50% attack
7 lvl: Arrow of Riddermarch- powerful single shot
Elfhelm 1500:
1 lvl: Horse/foot
1 lvl: Marchal of Riddermarch- it gives 50% attack for nearby allies
3 lvl: Shield Bash- powerful single stunning attack. It stuns enemies for 30 seconds.
6 lvl: Loyality-gives 1 lvl of experience to nearby allies
8 lvl: Rohan Stand- gives 200% defence for nearby allies and himself but makes em immobile for 30 seconds.

There will be a Harad faction with other influences from different tribal regions like Khand, Umbar etc

offtopic but that Shield Bash power in create-a-hero was extremely depressing and showed EA at its laziest, i expected a new anim and all but what was it? A retarded power where you run in circles and knock orcs over!!! Ba'h

Lol yea, it's just like the create-a-hero power 'instill fear'. When you use it you hear the nazgul scream! That pissed me off loads...

I'm sorry to say, Glorfindel is overpowered!Glorfindel 4000:

3 lvl: Tail Slap- 360 degrees wizard blast attack....but more powerful...very good against units decent against heroes and buildings.
5 lvl: Bite- powerful single attack...it is uneffective vs groups of units but deadly to heroes...most heroes die when bite hits them
8 lvl: Earthquake(looks like Balrog flying)- dragon make big jump at shown area making big earthquake deadly to units and buildings
Some kind of fire dragon could be built when goblins find teh ring...

1 - Poison Arrows - More arrow damage. Cost: 1000
2 - Banners of the South - Grants leadership to friendly units. Cost: 500
3 - Desert Oasis - Heals nearby friendly units. Cost: 1500
4 - Sandstorm - When activated, slowly damages enemy units when near fortress. Prerequisite to Great Tribute. Cost: 2000
5 - Great Tribute - A Mighty Mumak skull rises from the ground, scaring off enemy units, and give units across the map leadership. Cost: 2500
Rohan citadel upgrades
1 - High Places - Allows the fortress to fire over more distance. Cost: 1000
2 - Control of the Plains - Grants units around the fortress a speed upgrade of +20%. Cost: 500
3 - Fertility - Farms gain a +30% Resource output. Cost: 1500
4 - Craftsmanship of the Mark - Buildings gain more armor. Prerequisite to Horn of Helm Hammerhand. Cost: 2000
5 - Horn of Helm Hammerhand - When activated, units all over the map gain large leadership bonusses that stack with existing ones. Cost: 2500

How about taking Drogoth and giving goblins some Cold Drake on foot?? His powers would be:
1 lvl: Roar- frightening roar which makes all units 1-5 levels run in fear
3 lvl: Tail Slap- 360 degrees wizard blast attack....but more powerful...very good against units decent against heroes and buildings.
5 lvl: Bite- powerful single attack...it is uneffective vs groups of units but deadly to heroes...most heroes die when bite hits them

Rohan Throwers(they fight w/sword and axes like Rohan Footmen but they can also unleash spear attack like Haradrim in BFME 1 but a bit more powerful and it takes veeery long time to renegerate)
Edoras Guards(Royal Guards on foot...can mount and they become Royal Guards but can't change weapon like Royal Guard though Royal Guard can't dismount )

Royal Guard(Rohirrim combined with Rohan Archers on steroids)
