Yeah, you got it right. Here is what SoulReaver had to say:
"When I left the Road to Moscow team in the beginning of the september of 2005 I gave them half a year to make some progress with the mod. In these six months I saw no progress so I decided to release these files so that someone else could make a RA2 TC for Generals a reality."

Really too bad no progress has been made, it was such a promising mod and their stuff looked (and looks) awesome. But it's good SR has released those files, who knows someone might finish what the RtW team started .

You can always try to learn it. I know I would like to learn how to code Generals and will do so when I have enough time. There's lots of tutorials and such on it.

thanx ive been working on a yuris revenge total conversion for generals for a while now this should speed things up. =)
btw will this stuff work on zero hour or was it made for normal generals?

kool. i noticed the tes coil mcv and a few other buildings have no coding. is this normal or should i re-download?

The models and textures can be used for whatever purpose you want, be it a Generals or a Zero Hour mod, you just need to write the apropriate code for them The code was made for Zero Hour but it is not yet functional as it was only partially complete and it included the soviet side only.

im guessing it was started before Yuris Revenge seeing as theres no mention of yuri. o well ill probebly be using the cameos and voxels.
