Well lets see. The tech structures that PR in version 7.0 adds:This is kind of off topic, but can someone list all of the new tech buildings available, and explain what they do. Also I read the there will be a tech navy in 8.0. On each water map, will there be a tech naval yard for each base. Also can they be destroyed by say an artillery barrage or other weapon like that? What units will both the tech naval yard and tech airfield offer? I know about the ocelot and USA helicopter.

1.) Tech SAM site - An excellent anti-air structure that kills bugs dead. Raid anyone?
2.) Tech Dozer Bay - Builds dozers from all sides and generals, except militia.
3.) Tech Airfield - This two slot airfield gives (depending on which side your playing) additional aircraft that is typically not found in the game.
USA:
Sea Devil Helicopter - This great looking helo is basically acts like a Chinook, but is armed with a machine gun on the front. As beautiful as the skin of this is, it's reportedly to be removed from version 8.0. :(
The Ocelot - Which you already know about.
China:
MIG-36 Renegade - 'The MIG-36 Renegade is a fast agile fighter/bomber, while it's bombs aren't the heavies it will deal medium damage to ground units, while the missiles can shoot at air and ground dealing more damage vs. armor. This aircraft is available from the Tech_Airfield.'
GLA:
Chemical Sprayer - Self explanatory.
Flaker - Fires 6 bursts of flack at a time.
Bomber - Drops four almost like cluster bomblets. Not very accurate but a nice little blast.
4.) Tech Power plant - This small nuke reactor adds 10pts of power. (Who here thinks that should be more?)

New for 8.0 (or future versions) That I know of (Vanguard may explain further in the future):
Tech GPS station - 'It's going to be a tech building ... and it will only reveal structures of type FS_FACTORY, which means Structure and unit that has that KindOf will show on the radar.'
Tech Hurricane Cannon - ? (I don't have a description on this one)
Tech Naval Yard. I would guess that it will have the same type of units that the buildable navy in 6.0 had (but smaller in size perhaps), with new items such as subs (U.S. & China), Corvette (U.S.), and possibly hovercraft (U.S., China?).
Tech Research Lab - Top secret. Vanguard would tell you. But then he'd have to kill you.

As with all tech structures, placement on maps is at the discretion of the map builders that build the maps. You also have the option to go into your favorite maps (using the world builder program that comes with your game) and place them on maps yourself. Just keep in mind that you can't redistribute the map to the public claiming it as your own creation or anything. And that if you play someone online, YOU BOTH must have the same modified map. If his doesn't have the exact same modifications as yours it won't play. You must transfer the modified version to his system before the game will start properly.
Tech structures may be damaged or destroyed by arty barrage, so I'm not really following what your asking about this one.
