As for Project Raptor mod 'official' maps, You'll probably have to wait until future versions of PR to come out, for more maps that have the Tech Airfield on them.
My best advice to you though, is to download a copy of the worldbuilder manual, and start learning how to place objects onto your own maps. It's not difficult to do that. It was one of the first things I learned about in worldbuilder.
World Builder manual at:
http://www.ea.com/of...der.jsp?state=6
Just remember one thing though. If you edit a map, and want to play someone else online (or through direct connect) then the person on the other end MUST have the same modified map otherwise you will get an error, and will not be able to play it.

There are some 'fan made' maps on this forum site right now that have the Tech civilian airfield if your interested.

Just as a heads up. There is a situation to be aware of though. Occasionally, I have run across games (from previous versions of PR) that I have been in, where the game crashes, or mysteriously develops a nasty situation in which I lose of control of all my units. Meaning I can't select any of my already built units for the remainder of the game. This usually occurs after I have built more than 3 or 4 sides. So I would recommend that you or your human opponents don't go crazy and build more than 2 or 3 additional sides.
Other than that, I think it's the best tech item in the world of Zero Hour mods!

Soul 2.4
Background process. Has something to do with some activity going on somewhere. Sorting junkmail, I think. No value or interest. Doesn't do much except hog resource.
