Well if you're using normal pre-built bases, you don't need to script that, it's automatic.
Conditions = what has to be done or not done to trigger the script.

Why don't people read posts? They don't exist anymore, it's not our fault (though a mod really should unsticky this). Plus they were pretty crap tutorials. Just use the WB tutorials at http://www.the3rdage.net if you want to find out more about WB.
