Congrats indeed. I'm guessing, and someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but its been about 4 years since I joined.

Indeed it is. I know from experience.

I'll have to argue with your grammar comment though, I don't think my hair has been affecting my grammar as much as it has my vision. Gets harder to see what your typing.
