What unit are you talking about? Ive never heard of a "Summon Beast". Everything you need sounds like a quick fix map.ini, but I cannot go into more detail until youo give more info!

I think that he means a unit that is normally summoned that has a time limit, ie. the Balrog. To remove the time limit you will need to remove the LifetimeUpdate module from the object code of the unit. How its done through map.ini, I don't know. :umad:

RemoveModule ModuleTag_Whateverthethingiscalled
It depends on what unit he is referring to. I knew he meant something like the balrog (Probably did mean the Balrg... :DE004: ) If so then you would:

Go to Notepad
Type in:
Object MordorBalrog
RemoveModule ModuleTag_LifetimeUpdate
End

Click Save as
At the bottom of the box it says "File Type .txt" Click on the drop down and Select "AllFiles"
Save as map.ini in your map's Folder (C/Documentsandsettings/Joshua/applicationdata/mybattleformiddleearthfiles/maps/yourmapname
Done! if its for BFME 2 you will probably have to remove a different Module... I'll look into that too! :umad:
